Next, you will be asked to create a personal password. The password you create will be required to insert information for this study participant. Please make sure you remember or save your personal password as it will be required for all subsequent visits.
Click on submit to finish your registration. You will next shortly receive all links you will need for registering data in the 3TR-SLE eCRF during the entire follow-up.
